“ While the owner/chef has changed the food and service hasn't. The menu hasn't changed yet but there were a couple of different specials from the past. A couple of traditional dishes had slight adjustments with a slight different spice combination in sauces but very delicious still. It's still BYOB. Our server a holdover is still excellent ”

It's a bit pricier than neighborhood places, but they're sourcing the highest quality ingredients and making it fresh. The owner/chef is a JWU alumni, and super friendly. There's usually one waitress, and she's awesome. But if it's slammed, that's too much for one. ”

“ The seafood was amazing. Was recommended this place from a friend. Totally pumped top go there again. We had seafood only. Muscles, calamari, and lobster ravioli and I wanted to get another of each. Portions are perfect for the price and it is BYOB! Even better! ”
“ Lovely, lovely, lovely. The Edgewood Cafe is an understated little gem. The decor is very basic, as is the menu - which is one of the things I appreciated right away. The chef presented a few fresh, locally sourced, select wonderful choices. It was a tough choice between the salmon poke and the baked salmon with a sweet chili glaze... so I ordered both. I was glad I did - both dishes were absolutly delicious. The poke was delicate and tender and with an unami flavor and the baked salmon melted in my mouth with that yummy citrus glaze. The service was lovely and enhanced the meal. The only thing I did not enjoy was the background music selection, but it did not really take away from the experience too much. If you are in the neighborhood, I highly recommend the charming Edgewood Cafe. ”

“ Great little (Cozy) cafe in a little neighbor setting. It's only open 5-9 pm, and seating is very limited (beware). It's BYOB which really helps to cut down costs on any meal you have eating out.
